Patrick was born to

He met Julia (Lala) on his return from the USA.

He worked as a milkman and delivered milk for Howth Castle estate. In those days, milk was delivered loose and poured into a jug from a milk urn.

Paddy and Julia married in St. Peter and Paul's Church in Baldoyle ( in around 1933 to 1936). They had 5 children. Their first born, Margaret, sadly died within 10 days of her birth. Michael was born next with Joseph, John and Patricia following.

Sadly, Paddy died just two weeks before the birth of Patricia in 1956 at the age of 54.

The family lived for a short time in St. Peters Villas in Howth. When Michael arrived, they moved to Saxe Lane in Sutton which is now known as Church Road.
